“You do not want to lie on your deathbed with the knowledge that things could have been better if you had not spent so much time making assumptions about what total strangers might be thinking.”

Note to self:
Get out of your own head.
Do things that make you feel good, and stop worrying about what other people think. Everyone is just as insecure and unsure of themselves as you are. It just appears like they have their shit together.
In fact, people will respect you more if you make decisions out of conviction and belief. Deep down everyone wants to follow their passions and ambitions, so admiration can result when they discover that’s exactly what you’re doing.
But so can envy. Just remember not to worry about that part. In fact, don’t even think about it. Just do what you do, and stop trying to control what other people think.
Because you can’t.
So move, eat, think, laugh, breathe, play, and relax. Have respect for yourself and trust your decisions.
Things will all fall into place.
